Is IV hydration & vitamin therapy safe?Yes! Your health history is reviewed by a licensed medical professional prior to beginning your infusion or administering your injection. Our team also consist of a collaborating physician who we work closely with to ensure that you are receiving the best treatment to meet your health needs.

How long does the infusion take?Each infusion can take 30 minutes to 1 hour.

How often can I get IV infusions or booster injections?Therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs, so frequency may vary. Usually the IV infusions can be administered 1-2 times monthly, more depending on the circumstances. The booster injections can be administered 1-2 times weekly for optimal results.

Does it hurt?There will be a temporary pinch or slight discomfort as the needle enters into the vein. Unfortunately, all veins aren’t created equally and each experience is different. Once the IV is placed properly, there is rarely any pain; however, you may feel a cool sensation as the fluids enter into your vein. At this point, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the KVO hydration and wellness experience.

Is there any reason I should avoid IV therapy?If you have a sulfa allergy, you should avoid glutathione and methionine (MIC) If you have any allergy to any of our products, please avoid Individuals with kidney or liver function impairments Individuals with congestive heart failure or end stage renal disease have potential for serious harm from receiving fluids. Individuals that have G6PD deficiency, also known as Favism, should not receive high dose vitamin C intravenously as it can cause hemolytic anemia.

Is this therapy safe for children and pregnant women?While IV therapies may be safe for children and/or pregnant women, we DO NOT provide services for 18 and below clients. While we do have our MoBay IV Drips for pregnant women.

Do you accept insurance?At this time, we do not accept insurance.

Where can I receive services?The great thing about us is that we come to you wherever you are. We are a concierge provider, so whether you are in the comfort of your home, office, or hotel, we are there for you. We also provide services for private and corporate events, gyms, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more.

Appointments and CancellationsKVO Hydration and Wellness is available by appointment only. Same day appointments may be available if there is availability within the schedule. A credit card is required to reserve all services. A minimum non-refundable deposit will be charged when booking an appointment. Deposit is forfeited if appointment is missed or no-call/no-show. KVO Hydration and Wellness requires the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. No-call/no-shows will also be charged a 100% fee.
